About Meditate W/ME in Mt. Clemens

This is where  your meditation journey begins.  Meditation is a practice where an individual uses a technique – such as mindfulness, or focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness and achieve mentally clear, emotional calm state.                                                                                                                                                            

  • Benefits of guided meditation: Benefits can include lower levels of stress, reducing asthmatic episodes, physical pain, insomnia, episodic anger, negative or irrational thinking, and anxiety, as well as improving coping skills, focus, and a general feeling of well-being. 

We also offer various types of Yoga Chair Yoga, Restorative, Group Yoga, Individual Yoga,  Morning meditation & night time cool down meditation. Workshops available up on request.

Saturday: 10:00am - 4:00 pm
Sunday: 10:00am - 3:00 pm
